Here is what founder Sarah Vargo had to say about her company; ”Maven is a “connection” agency. Our strength lies in who we know, and how we connect our clients with the right people to achieve their objectives. We provide targeted and customized promotions with the added benefit of PR and publicity. In other words, we are a “one-stop shop” for clients who seek a company that can provide brand and value driven events aimed at their target audience, and the media savvy to support these events through publicity outreach.”
In addition to several other initiatives, Sarah Vargo founded the “Diva Series” which honors affluent women who are accomplishing achievements in their industry or niche in the Chicago land area.
As the diva series began to gain momentum and become a fixture in the monthly Chicago networking scene, men began to ask Sarah about the absence of honored men. After much consideration, the Maven founder decided to start a ’male superstar’ series or in short, Divo Series.
The series is a laid back, relaxed atmosphere where networking and casual conversation ensue. Vargo makes it a point to recognize all honorees throughout the night and act as a catalyst sparking connections and relationships amongst the group in ways most people would miss.
